In response to several requests from subscribers, I requested the
electronic brochure from PeaceNet.  I am a subscriber of this service
and use it to keep current on events happening in Latin America and to
correspond with academics in Cuba without the hassle of the US mail.  This
is not posted in any way as an attempt to sell this service, just to
